1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of breadcrumb
2 tablespoons of raisins (optional)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Powdered sugar for dusting
1. Prepare the Apples: Peel, core, and dice three crisp apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp. Mix them with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla essence, raisins, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. This mix captures the essence of autumn.

2. Prepare the Pastry: Place a clean tea towel on the countertop and unfold the puff pastry on it. Roll it gently into a rectangle. Sprinkle breadcrumbs in the middle for a flaky texture.
