Description of an easy way of putting it together at home. For the construction we used: a thick 120 litre garbage bag, binding wires, a fuel cell. To launch a sky lantern is better in calm and windless weather. We failed to reach it, when pursuing it. Let's take roughly a 1 mm. thick wire and cut it into two pieces 22 centimeter long each. Let's connect the two pieces, twisting them. We will get "X" shape. Then we need to fold down the corners of the "X" shaped wire and attach it to the corners of the bag. It's done in order to prevent the fuel cell from burning the bag. Then take a thin piece of wire and wrap it around the fuel cell just the way cakes used to be wrap in shops. Now attach the fuel cell we've got to the cross of the wires. That's all. It's ready to be launched! What is left is just to light the fuel cell and to wait for a while until the bag is filled with hot air. We planed to reach it and come to know how much time it would fly. We attached a note with a phone number, requesting the one who would find it to inform us in case if the sky lantern would be far off and we wouldn't be able to find it. We failed to reach it. Only viewers of our YouTube channel called this number.
