I review SpeechActors (speechactors.com) which is text to speech (TTS) software. I think this is the best TTS software for under $50. I think it's better than Revoicer and Speechelo. What's special about it is it's a one time fee, but gives you a free trial. You don't need to buy any upgrades as you get all the features whatever package you choose to buy. Features include conversational TTS, commercial rights, background music and voice changes (like pronunciation changes, reading rules, pitch and speed change and alias - where an acronym can be read as the full version of words). The only variation between the three tiers is the amount of monthly character limit. This refreshes each month.
