Sirloin Cap Roast AKA Coulotte Steak AKA Picanha - I may not know exactly what this is but I love cooking it and I love eating it even more!
This economical cut of beef is much cheaper than rib eye and tenderloin yet it's my favorite because it's fast to make and full of tender juicy beef flavor!
This Sirloin Cap Roast was about 2lbs. I seared for 5 minutes, then put into a 350 degree oven for 19 minutes. I used a thermometer to get it exactly where I wanted, so your timing might be different.
