Tyrant Raja Bahadur is fully aware that his days as the King are numbered. Nevertheless, he indulges in women, alcohol, and a high standard of living with borrowed money. His creditors threaten to take him to court. He even has an affair with a prostitute named Dulari, who he refuses to marry. When his younger brother, Suraj, returns from abroad, he decides to teach his brother a lesson.
