These buns are perfect little pillowy vessels for char siu (Chinese BBQ pork), peking duck, or any filling of your choice! They're easy to make and are super fluffy and soft.
RECIPE
200 grams all purpose flour (I always measure my flour by weight for accuracy)
1/4 cup warm milk
1/4 cup warm water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil (vegetable or canola)
