Julia is 8 years old and has been battling Neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer. On December 29th, 2016 Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth visited Rady Children's Hospital during one of Julia's inpatient treatments. Julia had the opportunity to sing The Rainbow Connection for them. It was an emotional and magical visit!
