This video is about preparing Garlic Spice Powder / Vellulli Karam . This Podi will taste amazing if served with Dibbarotti. This Garlic Podi Can be prepared in 2min or 10min.
For Instant Garlic Spice Powder / Vellulli Karam, Use Menthigunda. Then, can be prepared in 2min.
Total Ingredients required are :;
1.Menthigunda - 5 spoons
2.Garlic Cloves-10
3. Amchur - 1 spoon
4.Salt
Procedure:
1.Fry Garlic in oil until they turn light brown.
2. cool it little and grind it.
3. Now, in the Grinder, Add Menthigunda and salt.
4. Grind All together ! That's it !
Instant Garlic Spice Powder / Velluli Karam is Ready in 2min !!!
Now, If Menthigunda is not available , then
Ingredients required are:
1. Minapappu / Urad Dal - 3 spoons
2. Dhaniyalu / Coriander Seeds - 4 spoons
3. Senagapappu / Chana Dal - 4 spoons
4. Jeera / Jeelakarra -1/2 spoon
5. endu mirapakayalu / Sukhi Lal Mirch - 5
6. Tamarind - size of a lemon (Preferably use Amchur Instead of Tamarind)
7. Menthulu / menthi dana - verylittle
8. Salt -1 spoon
9.Garlic Cloves -15
Procedure :
1. Take a pan and add little oil.
2. Fry Garlic until they turn light brown take it onto a plate.
3. Now, add Menthulu / menthi dana + Minapappu / Urad Dal + Senagapappu / Chana Dal + Jeera / Jeelakarra + endu mirapakayalu / Sukhi Lal Mirch and fry.
4. After a minute, add Dhaniyalu / Coriander Seeds and again fry.
5.Take it on to a plate and cool it down.
6. Now, Grind the popu ( do not add garlic or tamarind).
7. Take the powder ( ca be referred as menthigunda) onto a plate.
8. Now, Add Fried Garlic Cloves and Tamarind .
9.After it is grinded, to the same grinder , add menthigunda that we prepared and salt .
10. Grind again . That's it !
It's done. This is really tasty and delicious combo with Dibbarotti.
