This is an educational presentation that discusses the six steps to developing a business plan for a meat goat operation. The six steps discussed are: 1) Mission Statement; 2) Goals; 3) Key Planning Assumptions; 4) Organizational Management; 5) Marketing and 6) Financial Plan. JJ Jones OSU Southeast Area Ag Economist leads the discussion. This is one of the sessions taught during the OSU Meat Goat Boot Camp.
