What does a political party do for its strongest supporters? Or does it just take them for granted? This is a quandary for every political party, and especially for America’s Democratic party. Black Americans have been voting at least at a 90% rate for the Democratic Party for many, many years. Current Democratic National Committee Chair Tom Perez has not only acknowledged that fact, but actually apologized for it.
