TF2: Rating NEW Unusual Effects - Hot or Not?

Great Update Overall! But I give these new effects a B- (pretty good "Hot" but could have been great! "SUPER HAWT!" many of them already seem to be low tiers, selling for $50 or less on steam market, but only time will tell how popular they become.
