About the program:

This program is intended to increase your ability to maximize force in high-speed movements. You'll learn to increase muscular power in all multi-planar movements and enhance brain signal efficiency, motor skills and reaction time.
Your ability to maintain concentration when immersed in a high pressure environment is critical for optimal performance. Athletes cannot always eliminate distractions but they can choose what to concentrate on. Learn to think clearly under pressure and regain appropriate and directed focus.
This program consists of 20 Bootcamps & 20 Cycle practices.
