This video was taken during a solar eclipse in North Carolina. I used the opportunity to talk about sun gazing. Do not look at the sun because you may damage your eyes. That said, there are times during the day where UV rays are lower and you can look at the sun without damaging your eyes. Within 30 minutes of sunrise and 30 minutes before sunset. UV rays are lower because of the amount of atmosphere the light goes through. It stimulates the pineal gland and may cause some euphoria. Just 10 seconds at a time. Don't look at the sun if there is any pain or it hurts. This knowledge has been around for thousands of years. Just something to think about.
