Fresh chicken
spring onion
ginger
Sauce mixture:
Chopped spring onion
grated ginger
chicken powder
salt
cooking oil (make sure hot enough before pouring in the mixture)
Steam the chicken for 20 minutes after steaming cut and serve together with the sauce mixture.
