Chili powder : 1 Tsp.
Salt : 1/2 Tsp.
Parsley.
Cooking Oil, Water...
* Boil potatoes for 20 minutes and then peel them.
* Mashed potatoes
* Mix spices and parsley together with potatoes
* Create circle shape
* Fry with Cooking Oil at 140°C.
* Fry 5 Minutes.
