Today's video is on how to make sweet and sour ribs. It is super easy to prepare. You can also use the 1-2-3-4 sweet and sour sauce recipe to make other sweet and sour dishes too.
Ingredients:
1lb of Pork Ribs
3 Cups of Water
1 Green Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic

1-2-3-4 Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1 tbsp. cooking wine
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Add 1teaspoon of dark soy sauce for colour
