Damian Collins announces that Prince Harry will be the Guest of Honour for the Folkestone Step Short Memorial Arch Ceremony in Folkestone on 4th August 2014. The Step Short Memorial Arch has been built for the First World War Centenary in memory of the sacrifices that millions of service personnel made when making their journey to the war, and to recognize Folkestone's role in the war effort.
