There are days when it's hard to keep your energy levels high but there are many things you can do to stay energetic throughout the day. Start off the day by getting up as soon as your alarm goes off and exposing yourself to sunlight. Eat healthy snacks and drink plenty of water throughout the day to maintain your energy level, do some exercises, yoga, and meditation. Also whenever possible take a power nap and avoid smoking and limit alcohol intake.
