In Ghana, when judgment is given for the recovery of money against a person, the judgment creditor can execute or enforce the judgment by a writ of fieri facias.
This writ makes room for the properties belonging to the judgment debtor to be seized, sold and the proceeds used to satisfy the judgment debt.
