Hello! We used the Wood Burner in the Roccbox Pizza Oven for the first time and it was really enjoyable and fun to use! I love cooking with wood and this didn't disappoint! This is a REAL-TIME cook.

500g Blue Caputo 00 Flour
300g water
9g salt (dissolved in water above)
0.6 g dried yeast (fluctuates with local climate)
24 hour bulk room proof
