Green Party Presidential Candidate Ralph Nader is interviewed by ABC News This Week's Sam Donelson. Interview occurred on October 29, 2000. Nader insists that this is not an issue of him stealing votes form Gore and ensuring a Bush election. It is rather about starting an active progressive political movement in the nation. Nader asserts that the Untied States has a corporate government and there is little to no difference between the Republicans and Democrats. He says Gore is a poor candidate since he cannot defeat a "bumbling" George Bush. Nader also states he would have voted to convict Bill Clinton and Clinton disgraced the office of President.
