Ama Qamata returned as Puleng Khumalo. The South African actress is best known for her roles in TV shows such as SABC1’s My Perfect Family, e.tv’s Rhythm City, and Mzansi Magic’s Gomora. The Puleng actress was born on September 2, 1998, making her currently 24 years old. Born in Kala, Eastern Cape, South Africa, she moved to Johannesburg when she was three and graduated from the Ruddham House School then she studied theatre and performance in the University of Cape Town. After she landed her first acting role in Gamora, she stopped school in her second year. Her Instagram is filled with photos of her costars and happenings at work. It also appears she became best friends with Khosi Ngema, who plays Fikile. They share the silliest photos and videos together, and it's so nice getting a peek of their friendship off-screen.

Thabang Molaba returned as Puleng’s love interest, Karabo “KB” Molapo, in the third installment of Blood and Water. He is best known for his roles in The Queen, Ring of Lies, Love: The Web Series, and Diamond City. The actor is 27 years old, he was born on Dec. 18, 1994, so he will be 28 very soon. We can tell he's very photogenic because his Instagram is filled with images from his photo shoots.
Athletic from a young age, Thabang started playing football and rugby while in high school. Also, blessed with good looks, young Thabang started modeling something that allowed him to develop a stage presence and establish a career in show business. While he still does modeling gigs, the real reason fans know him is from his acting career.
Khosi Ngema
Khosi Ngema returns as Fikile Bhele in the third season of Blood and Water. Blood and Water happens to be the very first project to feature the young South African actress. Khosi is currently 22 years old, and has recently celebrated her birthday last November 2!
Gail Mabalane
Gail Mabalane reprised her role as Puleng’s mother. Gail Mabalane is a South African actress, model, media socialite, businesswoman and singer. She is most notable for acting roles on South African television series "The Wild", and recently starred on tele-novel series "The Road", which airs on Mzansi Magic every weeknight.
Dillon Windvogel
Dillon Windvogel, playing Wade Daniels in Blood and Water is currently 23 years old. Because Blood and Water was his breakthrough role, it is where fans are most familiar with him. But he does more than just act. He has skill as a dancer. Even on Instagram, he shared several pictures of himself dancing. He also posts a ton of images and videos from Blood and Water's premieres and behind-the-scenes moments. He clearly had a great time working on the show, and he grew very close to his co-stars, including Ama, Natasha Tahane, and Mekaila Mathys.
Greteli Fincham
Greteli Fincham plays Reece van Rensberg. Greteli is currently 21 years old and is married to the love of her life. She played Alice Malan in the South African television series. But after being cast in Blood and Water, her fan base expanded even more. She changed her name to Greteli De Swardt after getting married to Juan De Swardt in February 2022. In November 2021, the couple announced their engagement. A few months later, they were wed. In October 2022, they announced they were expecting their first child together.
