Natasha Mosby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Nevada and specializes in mental health and integrated healthcare. She provides outpatient clinical treatment in a private practice setting to clients presenting with depressive disorders, anxiety, trauma and stress-related disorders as well as children’s mental health disorders. 

Mrs. Mosby is the Integrated Healthcare Program Coordinator and Lecturer at UNLV, School of Social Work Department.  She provides clinical supervision to clinical social work interns and serves as a mentor to first generation college and high school students. Mrs. Mosby has been in the mental health field for 20 years working in mental health and community agencies, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, non-for-profit agencies, and private practice.

Natasha explains that "As a therapist I have learned every client is unique in their experiences, their sense of themselves, and their outlook on life, and no single method or theory is helpful to everyone. I approach each client and each session with open-mindedness, exploring with the client what is, what was, and what can be."

"Through the understanding of our defenses and patterns of behavior, I believe that therapy can bring about better relationships, more options for ourselves, less depression, anxiety and greater contentment in our lives for adults, children and adolescents."
