A quick sequence to warm up through all the major joints of the body.
No seated postures in this one!
Poses include: lunge, twist, downward dog, side plank, wild thing, half moon pose, pyramid, forward fold, squat, knees-to-chest & savasana.
No props needed, however, be mindful as this is an intermediate sequence, so do use your props if you need them and don't force anything - always work with your body, not against it ;-)
