A look around the remains of the former Bay Horse station which stood on the West Coast Mainline between Lancaster and Preston, close to Garstang.
The station was open between 1840 and 1960 and gave its name to a small village which grew around the station. The station took its name from a small pub across the road.
The station was originally built by the Lancaster and Preston Junction Station and later fell into the ownership of the LNWR and LMS.
Today while the platforms and station buildings have long gone, the station master's house, subway and abandoned goods shed all remain.
