2 Players versus a Hannibal in a Rank 1 run.


Just in case anyone is unfamiliar, Rank 1 runs are a challenge rule-set where you can only use the Rank 1 Ammit Gear with no install skills. Depending on the host or mission, there can be additional restrictions such as banning Engage Effects, Acceleration triggers, and Burst Arts or forcing group brawls but this is a fairly standard setup with no additional restrictions. It's a higher difficulty format that can be pretty fun and puts a larger emphasis on support and teamwork as player damage output is much lower and Aragami can incapacitate you much faster.

Not a whole lot to say about the mission itself since it's just a fight against Hannibal in the top left part of the Valley: Abandoned Mines. The slightly uneven parts of the terrain might mess with the jump angle of it's dive a bit but jumping to block it should stop that from doing much.

This run was simply a run from a casual R1 session that went far better than I was expecting. Especially since my Hannibal match-up can range from okay to pretty bad at the flip of a coin, especially online.
The only thing I would really change is that I probably should have noticed that my team-mate was running the Lightning Storm Engage and ran Spark bullets instead of Freeze.
