200g boneless saltfish, 2 cups Chickpeas, 1/2 green, red sweet peppers, 3 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 2 spring onions, 1/2 lemon juice, fresh fish stock. 2 - 3 tbsp Tarika, 3 strand thyme,
1tsp all-purpose seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp fish seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, 2-3 tbsp coconut milk.
. Cook all ingredients 5 - 10 minutes, medium to low heat.
