Are you a fan of Pepperoni Pizza? How does Pepperoni Pizza Sliders sounds? Oh yes! So today’s recipe I am making Pizza Sliders!
Simple and easy, cheesy, flavorful, and bursting with Pizza goodness; these will be a hit for your GameDay and Super Bowl parties and everyone will go back for seconds! Once you taste these, you will say TOUCHDOWN!!!

1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls, sliced in half
1 cup marinara sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese, divided
1 (5 ounce) package turkey pepperoni (original or mini pepperoni)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 tablespoons dried minced onions
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnishing to taste
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt and white or black pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray a set aside.
Using a large serrated knife or bread knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a ‘slab’ of tops and a ‘slab’ of bottoms; don’t pull the rolls apart and slice individually because you want to keep them connected. Place the bottom ‘slab’ of rolls in the prepared pan.
Evenly add the marinara sauce to the bottom slab of rolls then evenly sprinkle with about 1/2 cup of the Italian blend cheese; set remainder aside. Then evenly layer the pepperoni over the cheese then evenly sprinkle on the remaining Italian blend cheese. Add the top ‘slab’ of rolls and set aside. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and heat on high power to melt (melt it all the way) then add in the dried onions, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the melted butter and whisk to combine. Evenly pour and/or spoon the butter mixture over the rolls and brush them all over to spread the mixture over the tops and sides. Cover with aluminum foil and allow the sliders to sit at room temperature for about 5 to 10 minutes; then bake covered for about 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Evenly garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley (if desired). Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately and enjoy! (Sliders are best to serve warm and fresh).
