How To Build a Patio Room with an Existing Raised Foundation

This video gives you a basic understanding of how to build a patio room on a concrete raised foundation. We installed all the track for the room first, and then proceeded to build the room walls first, followed by the roof. All the windows and doors on this build were Dual Pane, Low-E Vinyl Framed with Argon Gas to help prevent heat and cold transfer. We installed 4 4 in. halo led lights, 4 GFCIS, 1 General Electric Heating and Air Unit, 2 switch's, and 1 dimmer. The post, beam and trim on the room was the color Almond, the Walls and Roof were all colored White on this job. For More Patio Room builds stay tuned and Subscribe.
