The patient had a 3+ Nuclear Sclerosis. Cataract is removed using Quick Chop and Vertical Chop Technique.

Instrument is Teng Double Ended Chopper, with Ball Tip Chopper on one end and Sharp Tip Vertical Chopper on the other end. I started the case using the Sharp Tip Chopper, and near the end, I switch to Ball Tip Chopper to remove last pieces and the protect the capsular bag.

Capsulorhexis is made using Cross Action Capsulorhexis Forceps, which fits into small incision. The forceps are sharp, which allows capsule to be punctured; long, which minimizes grabs of the capsule; and curved, which are ergonomic to the angle of approach and maximizes position.
