I realized that the only way for me to become a stronger climber was to start training like a strongman, and by training, I mean eating. I found that eating 5,000 calories seemed to be the go-to amount if you want to be strong. So, I ate 5,000 calories for breakfast. My 5,000 calorie breakfast was designed to give maximum results.
