Quality protein is defined by a scoring system created by the FAO( Food and Agriculture Organization) a branch of the UN (United Nations). It is based on how easy it is for our body to digest them and to absorb them into our blood stream.IT IS NOT CORRELATED TO HEALTH OUTCOMES!
If fact higher quality here means higher risk for your health!
Not all proteins are created equal. We have the good the bad and the villains. Learn which ones are the healthiest and which ones are to be avoided at all costs. If you pick QUALITY proteins, you do not have to worry about quantity. Eat as much as you want.
