For this recipe I used traditional Trinidad curries and “green seasoning”. I love cooking curries, however goat is one of my favorite dishes. In my recipe I didn’t add much hot peppers, but you feel free to add as much as you would like. As I always say in my videos be sure to play around with flavors that you love, be creative and put love into cooking.
