CAKE:
4 Eggs.
1 Egg white.
Sugar 175 g / 6,17 oz.
Vanilla extract 10 ml / 0,34 fl oz.
A pinch of salt.
Oil 220 ml / 7,44 fl oz.
Greek yogurt 80 g / 2,82 oz.
Flour 365 g / 12,87 oz + Baking powder 15 g / 0,53 oz.
Half a lemon's juice.
Some sliced almonds.
Some icing sugar.
