Pilates with positive Affirmations - In this 35 minute pilates class, Rebekah and Baci the cat will guide you through pilates repertoire for overall wellness in the body. Additionally, POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS FOR THE BODY ARE WOVEN THROUGH THE WORKOUT! This approach combines the affirmations (mental) with the (physical) exercise.
If you are looking for more mobility, strength and flexibility, pilates is a great way to start and this is a quick exercise video to squeeze into your morning. Flatten your belly, lengthen the legs, stretch your spine and invigorate your spirit - ALL IN 35minutes. Get ready to feel good!!! Joe said, “Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.” YOU NEED A MAT AND IT IS SUGGESTED TO HAVE 2 BLOCKS AND LIGHT DUMB BELLS (BUT NOT NECESSARY).
Most of these exercises are suitable for beginning level students providing they listen to the visual and verbal prompts and modify as needed.
