In this video, we teach you how to load your own images onto the Samsung Frame TV using a USB flash drive. For more info and art go to [ Ссылка ]
There are multiple ways to load images onto the Frame. In this video, we demonstrate how to do it with a USB flash drive.
First, we will insert the flash drive, and then load an image onto it.
The Samsung Frame TV has a resolution of 3840 pixels wide x 2160 pixels tall, which is a widescreen aspect ratio of 16x9.
Our image uses this exact pixel count, so it is sized to exactly match the resolution of the Frame.
Ideally, your image will have this same pixel count or a multiple of it. If you deviate from the 16 x 9 aspect ratio even by a few pixels, you will see a white border around your image on the TV, and you won’t be able to make the image fill the screen.
Once the image is saved we are going to eject the flash drive.
Now we are going to plug the flash drive into one of the three USB ports on the right side of the Samsung Frame "One Connect" black box while the TV is in "Art Mode." Any of the three ports should work.
Once the flash drive is inserted, its contents will appear on the Frame. Here, we can see the image we just loaded onto the thumb drive.
If you just click on the image it will enlarge it for a preview, but won't actually save it onto the frame. In order to save it, you have to arrow up to and select "Save", then select your photo so that a checkbox appears over it, and then arrow back up to and select "Save to my Photos" again.
Your photo will then be saved onto the Frame, and your thumb drive can be removed at any time.
Now we can see our saved photo.
By default, the Frame places a white border around all images, and you have to specifically tell it not to do that.
To remove the border, select your image, arrow up to "Options" above the image, select "Mat", and then arrow all the way to the left and select "No Mat."
Now your image will be saved without a border.
