Life can get a little rough in the days after surgery: The fatigue and mini depression is usually caused by lack of sleep at this stage. Combine that with pain issues during the day and the feeling of dependence can get you down.
This phase will pass and talking with your PT and other patients can help you get through. Luckily after this I started watching the old Andy Griffith Show and Opie and Barney sure cheered me up :)
