In this video, I react for the first time to Rammstein performing ‘Mein Herz Brennt’ (piano version by Sven Helbig. I analyse Till Lindemann’s unique voice bith by ear AND with a frequency spectral analysis software. I comment on his performance, explain and demonstrate his vocal techniques and ultimately tell you what I think made this scary song so great. I am new to the Rammstein world but I can clearly see why they have such a cult following and why they are so influential.
