Morobe Governor, Ginson Saonu has promised audits into the provincial government accounts after stating in his first official speech today that the Morobe has more than 40 million kina in debts.
Saonu and the other eight MPs who were sworn in today as members of the Tutumang.
He said the provincial administration will be tasked to show where money was spent and on what projects.
