The man accused of killing four Idaho college students last November will be arraigned Monday. Bryan Kohberger faces four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary. He was arrested at his parents' home in Pennsylvania six weeks after the alleged murders. CBS News correspondent Lilia Luciano has more.
