Stephen Box is the founder of @VanguardTactics he's a pro Warhammer player, and a man looking to change the scene for the better. We travelled to Warhammer Fest in Manchester earlier in the year to follow him through Games Workshop's official Warhammer 40K tournament, to get an insider's look at competiting at the top level.

While there we watched him face the very things he rallies against, even dealing with poor sportsmanship and potential cheating. Stephen is looking to make the competitive scene better, friendlier and more open. We spoke to him to about how he's changings things and how he wants to encourage new players to feel less imtimidated to join through his programs, and his personal code of conduct he takes to games.
