Ferrero rocher mousse cups recipe
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup Nutella
1 pack plain biscuits
3 tbsp melted butter
8-9 Ferraro rocher chocolate truffles
1 semi sweet chocolate bar.
Method:
In a bowl crush biscuits and add melted butter. Mix until well combined and set aside.
In a separate bowl add heavy whipping cream and Nutella. Whip until stiff peak forms.
In the serving cup add layer of crushed biscuits. Add the chocolate cream mixture.
Chop 5-6 chocolate truffles and add a layer on top of chocolate cream mixture. Add the cream layer again. Finish with melted chocolate layer.
Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and Ferraro rocher chocolate truffle.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
