Opposition parties and community members, at the troubled Hartswater based Phokwane Local Municipality in the Northern Cape, are calling for the dissolution of the council because of alleged political instability. They insist this has delayed the provision of services to residents. This emerged during the SABC's Motsweding FM town hall debate on Friday afternoon.
