(In English below)

Two Norwegian friends, Inger and I (Torunn), who are walking along the South West Coast Path in South-West England. We walked from Cadgwith to Porthallow on Sunday the 17th of July 2022. According to Strava it was 21.4km / 13.33 miles, and 611m / 2005ft of ascent. We had stayed overnight at the old and charming Cadwith Cove Inn in Cadgwith, which was right at the path.
The weather was quite warm and with lots of sun. Today the walk was long and tiring in the heat. The paths were of slightly varying quality, and there were stretches with a lot of uneven and also worn and slippery surface and stairs up and down and a lot of bushes/brambles/gorse etc., and we got quite tired a good while before we reached the finish line. But after a short Coke break in Coverack, we were in lighter spirits again. The view was of course good as usual, and with a lot of interesting things to see on the way. We will spend the night at the Gallen-Treath Guesthouse in Porthallow.
