3:33 Ballerina 12/24 setting method
4:39 Wiring diagram
7:38 Play slowly
10:42 Playing at normal tempo
"Ballerina 12/24" uses pitch shift and delay.
It can be roughly divided into the following.
・ Dry sound
・ Wet sound 1 (second delay and perfect fourth above)
・ Wet sound 2 (first delay and long sound 6 degrees above)
Converted to code, it is the second in version of the major code.
Delay, pitch shifter, etc.
A total of 4 units are required, but if you use Eventide's rack effector, you can do it with 1 unit.
Still, an environment that can output in stereo is required, but ...
This time, I will introduce the method using "Eventide H3000 D / SE".
First of all, the preset to use is "DUAL SHIFT"
Use "LAYERED SHIFT". Because the functions are the same
Either one is fine.
Set as follows (reverse right and left is OK)
Left → Pitch: 900 (major sixth) Delay: 100ms
Right → Pitch: 500 (perfect fourth) Delay: 200ms
* Pitch is 100, which is a semitone shift.
Play so that the delay sound of 200ms and the dry sound are at the same timing.
I noticed after shooting this video, but probably the original song is
I think the Delay Time is 110ms and 220ms.
