I went on a 3 day bikepacking trip in Sweden, after not really cycling for years. It definitely kicked my butt, but I'm already training for our next bikepacking trip! Even though I didn't get very far, I had a great time just enjoying the outdoors, cycling in the Swedish countryside and camping along the way.
