This recipe is of pani for pani puri and its stuffing. Pani puri is a very popular street snack in several regions of the of Indian subcontinent. It is also called Golgappa, Fuchka, Phuchhaka, Phuchaka or Gup chup. It consists of a round, hollow puri, fried crisp and filled with a mixture of flavoured water, tamarind chutney, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas.

Ingredients:
Tamarind juice-1/2 cup
Potato(boiled and peeled)-3
Green chilli-2 to 3
Mint leaves(washed)-1/3 cup
Coriander leaves(washed)-1/3 cup
Roasted cumin powder-1.5 tsp
Black salt(kala namak)-1/2 tsp
Chat masala powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Boondi-1/3 cup(optional)
Chopped onion-1(small)
Chopped coriander leaves
Black gram(Soaked and fried )-3 tbsp(optional)
