Vestibular System is one of the most important sensory processing system which works along with proprioceptive system as powerhouse of the body. Vestibular inputs are present during almost all the activities that we do. A child may have sensory issues which is further classified based on Vestibular seeking or vestibular avoiding behaviors.
When Vestibular activities are done correctly they help to soothe a child and develop their attention & coordination skills.
