Semi automatic plastic, laminated tube Hot air Type Heating sealing machine with batch coding and end trimming facility pneumatic model is latest up graded machine from AMSON Engineering, which can produce high quality sealed tubes. This machine does not have a filling arrangement. Prefilled tubes has to be placed into tube holder and slide towards the sealing station and trimming station respectively over a linear slide provided. Very compact and easy in operation since all operation is done through proximity sensors. No pedal operation.
1. Any tube diameter from 16 mm to 50 mm can be sealed and trimmed in this model.
2. Tube diameter changes but holder outside diameter same. This helps in holding any sized tubes in location without changing centre.
3. Easy adjustment of sealing station height according to different tube heights by rotation hand wheels.
4. Any tube heights from 60 mm to 250mm can be sealed and trimmed.
