Many celebrities have died from alcoholism over the years, and we’ll be taking a look at some of the most tragic examples in this video! Some of the many celebrities that have died from alcoholism over the years include Veronica Lake and Errol Flynn. These two stars were two of the most notable celebrities of Hollywood’s Golden Age. Her abuse of alcohol only made her mental health worse, and she spent her last days believing that the government was spying on her.

One unsung star that died tragically from alcoholism at a young age is Barbara Payton. Though Barbara never achieved fame like Veronica Lake, she was successful enough to star alongside stars like Gary Cooper. Sadly, that didn’t stop her from dying at the age of only 39 after suffering from alcoholism for a number of years.
